Terms of Use

Last updated 15 October 2026

These terms apply to the Scrolling Bible app, provided by Divya Khandelwal ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.

The app

The app shows Bible text and study notes. Study notes are written in advance by AI from prompts we write, using open reference sources, and are checked automatically; notes on sensitive passages are also checked by a second AI model. They are not individually reviewed by a person and may contain mistakes. They are not a substitute for Scripture itself, your own study, your church, or pastoral or professional advice.

Subscriptions

Some features need a Premium subscription, sold through Google Play or the App Store. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. A free trial, where offered, turns into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies.

Your content

Your notes and highlights belong to you. You give us permission to store and sync them so the app can work.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Bible texts

Bible translations are used under their licences or are in the public domain; their copyright notices are shown in the app.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post changes here. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
